Borse di design
Borse che lasciano senza parole…
Ve le mostro e vi racconto di chi sta dietro…
I was born in Seoul, Korea.I always wanted to be a fashion designer since I was a little kids
When I was 17, my family moved to live in Mexico, Monterrey. Because of my father’s job.
Then, I studied fine art in Mexico and Madrid, Spain. After I moved to live in Milan, Italy and I graduate Istituto Marangoni school.
I know it’s too complicated that I have lived in many countries overseas over 10 years.
After graduating from school, I worked as a menswear designer in Italy, New York.
I came back to Seoul 2009,
I worked an editor of a design magazine. Also worked as a creative editor of ‘JOHNGYU’ brand (men’s backpack brand)
I am currently the mother and wife and working on ZNOMINA brand only.
There was a certain brand that I liked.
I was a consumer, who likes and buys for nearly 10 years.
One day I felt that the bag or shoe design seems little bit follow too trendy and changed a bit of identity…… I mean I couldn’t feel like a soul of brand identity, I guessed….
So, I decided to make something original, something like my own identity brand kind of.
It took 3 years to develop until to make ZNOMINA brand.
ZNOMINA is like my life that I have been living in many countries of the world, and it is a bag that melts its culture into my own color and design.

Design ideas are free from interference.
I can have my own time and I am delighted that I can think of design at that time
*About your style, how and when did you feel like “ here I am, this is me so I want to appear on the virtual market and I want to offer my work…..
In my opinion, the fashions, styles, art, ect I think is like a ‘love at the first sight’.
It makes the other’s heart beating and shakes the soul.
Know the fashion world… It’s been a while since I was young. There are three rooms in the house and the warehouses are filled with clothes. My father also worked for fashion industries for many years.
My father always tells me, since you became a designer; you have to decorate the inside rather than the outside. It’s what you think of yourself.
“The lotus is the most beautiful flower. But it will only grow in the mud.”
To make the most beautiful flowers, a lot of design effort is needed. I totally knew it.
So, I am still the ongoing and incomplete person. One day I want to collaborate with great designers. That is my hope for now.
*Create collaborations in a world that is more interconnected is simple?
Is it for you? recommendations? Ideas? suggestions? What did people write you and what do you like to receive (messages, congratulations, etc)?
Create collaborations now many brands doing, I think that it good to have one. Working together can have more impact on each other.
My designs have a lot of philosophical approaches and I want to work with them. For example, architects and mathematicians, as well as many fashion designers like hussein chalayan, Martin Margiella..ect.
*Our readers are creative people who love art , also crafters and artists who dream that their products will become a BRAND what would you recommend them?
